Winson Chen (陳皇圖), also known as Chen Huang Tu, is a private venture capital investor and entrepreneur.

He invests privately and builds companies across borders, working between Asia and Europe.

He is the founder and proprietor of VILLA AURELAGO, a private estate on Lake Como in northern Italy.

He serves as Executive Director of the Music Chamber Cultural & Education Foundation, a Taiwanese non-profit working in music education, international musical exchange and the development of young artists.
