Winson Chen holds the VILLA AURELAGO properties together with a few friends, bringing a private investor's long view, and takes part as proprietor in shaping what the house believes and how it receives people.
For Winson the appeal of a house lives where architecture and living answer each other: the way light enters a room, the right distance between people together, the feeling of being carefully looked after and left free at once.

How a request works
How a request works
A concierge can receive a request and coordinate people and places, but a booking is confirmed only once the responsible party has agreed. Decisions about sailing and flying rest with the captain, the pilot and the operator.

- Being arranged — We are coordinating people, places, equipment or the operator
- Confirmed — The responsible party or the operator has agreed
- Completed — The service has taken place
- Cancelled / needs revisiting — The arrangement was cancelled, or an alternative needs to be agreed with the guest
