Dining
A working kitchen at the centre of the house, a cellar under it, and a bar that stays open as long as you do.

Central kitchen
Professional equipment, but an open room — guests wander in, and that is intended. Menus are agreed with the chef rather than handed to you, and allergies are asked about before anything is bought.

Wine cellar
Kept at temperature, with room for bottles you bring as well as ours. A tasting can be set up down here for a small group, with the cellarman explaining what is open and why.
Coffee & cocktail bar
Espresso from early, something longer in the evening. If a drink matters to you, say how you like it once and it will be made that way for the rest of the stay.
